Политика возврата

We have a 14-day return/change policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or change for the items. This starts from the date when you collect the parcel. However, in the case of return, the cost of delivery will be deducted from the full amount and cusotmers shall be responsible for the return cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at info@amor-sports.com or DM us on Instagram @amor_sports_. 

If your return is accepted, you will be given the full details of the address and receiver. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Depsite the fact that we accept the return, we highly suggest you to read through the description of the items especially for the size information in order to avoid high cost of delivery cost for the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on stock sales items.

Change/Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. When we get the return items, after confirming for no damages, a refund will be created and process into your account within few days. Please note that you have 14-days hesitation time for the change/exchange of the products. 

Voucher

For the return products, you can also save the amount of money as a Voucher Credit for your next purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
